Once we receive your Order Form or whatsapp, we will respond to verify the order details.
How do I
know if my order has been received?
If you make your payment via our Online Payment system, you will receive an acknowledgement email from iPay88 to confirm that your payment has been successful and the order will be processed.
If you pay via online banking, we will contact you to confirm your order upon receipt of payment which is verified by our bank after which the order will be processed.
Is the
price stated in your website inclusive of delivery charges?
Delivery to selected areas is FREE whilst a minimal delivery charge is imposed for others. Please click here to confirm your delivery charge.
Is the
price stated in your website applicable during Valentine and Mother’s Day?
We always strive to maintain our prices as affordable as possible for our customers. Unfortunately during Valentine and Mother’s Day, the prices tend to be higher due to high demand and shortage of fresh flowers. Hence there will be some revision of prices during these peak periods.
